The developed polices of last decades of the country and their unsuitable results such as
interruption as disruption,and has complementary circles the mutual relations among
different levels of habitants concil in the all over the county.The procedure of services
concentration has been observed in Somesara City,as prior city.Mirzakochak is one of the
affilated township of thes city to center of Gorabzarmikh,theat space organization of some
sections of rural,has been considerd in view point of geographic in this research,and this
research by full knowledge regarding this affair that knowledgeable management of
Organizing services and resources at inhabitants,not only suitable distribution and proper
allocation of resources to the other areas,but also versatility and organizing
space,optimization of the council.With respect to the kind of study,hypothesis and goals of
research,general oprations costitute the space of research,system and conduct,and also
studying the limited structure in the framework of this opration,and analyzing and
suggestions,have been principle instructive of this labor.
